Petitioner nos.2 and 3 apprehend their arrest in Mahila P.S. Case No.36 of 2021 registered under Sections 376, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have committed no offence and have falsely been implicated in this case.
It is further submitted that there is specific allegation against co-accused Manohar Kumar Singh. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
