Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33233 of 2023(2) dt.24-07-2023 2/3 offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 477(A)/34 of IPC. 4.

Allegation against the petitioners is that they got appointment to the post of Niyojit Teacher on the basis of forged certificates.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are quite innocent and have committed no offence. They have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have never produced any forged certificate and vide memo no.193 dated 23.06.2023 by the concerned Authorities, petitioner Kumari Soni has been terminated from service and petitioner Kanchan Kumari has resigned from the service. 6.

Learned APPs for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 7.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner of Cr. Misc. No.33233 of 2023 has been terminated and petitioner of Cr. Misc. No.35678 of 2023 has resigned from the service, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Ghosi (Okari) P.S.
