2. The present petition has been filed for initiating a contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the judgment of this Court dated 10.05.2016 passed in CWJC No. 21470 of 2011.

3. A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no. 4, Annexure-R/1 series being the orders dated 23.01.2019 passed by the Joint Secretary, Water Resources Department, Bihar Patna disclose
