Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a hut, liquor was allegedly recovered and it is said that the hut is of the petitioners. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 15.03.2019 and 24.03.2019 respectively.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation against the petitioners on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32279 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Tajpur (Waini O.P.) Police Station Case No. 66 of 2019, with the following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.

(b) The petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners. (Birendra Kumar, J) Rajan/- U T
