3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not able to contact either with pairvikar or any person related to the petitioner or even the petitioner.

4. Considering the fact that no surrender certificate has been filed till date, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 18.09.2024, is hereby cancelled.

5. Learned Court below is directed to take appropriate steps for the appearance of the petitioner.
