2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 21.02.2018 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in Bariarpur P.S. Case No.70/2017 by which cognizance of offence under Sections 341, 323, 373, 379, 504, 506, 308/34 of the Indian Penal Code has been taken against the petitioner.

3. It has been informed by the learned District Court vide Letter dated 29.08.2025 that the trial has already progressed and is at the stage of prosecution evidence in the aforesaid case.

4. In view of the changed stage of trial, the present quashing application stands consigned with liberty to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70694 of 2018(2) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 petitioner to avail appropriate remedy.
