====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-08-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khusrupur P. S. Case No. 90/2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 37, 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, Sections 310(4), 310(5), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 4 liters county made liquor was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been made accused only on suspicion. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna City in connection with Khusrupur P. S. Case No. 90/2025.
