28-10-2021 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make correction in paragraph - 1 of the bail petition.

The permission is accorded. It may be done in course of the day.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Basantpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 272, 273, 308, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

885 liters & 485 ml. of foreign liquor has been recovered from the hut of the petitioner.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with Basantpur P.S.
