2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):
"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing order dated 22.9.2023 passed in Transfer Case No. 898 R27/2023-24/Punpun passed by the Respondent No.4, whereby and where under Petition No. 39280 dated 27.4.2023 which was filed by the petitioner
2/4 for mutation of the land bearing Circle NamePunpun, Village/Revenue Thana-Lakhna/65, Khata No.-608, Khesra No. 1808, Area-0 Acre, 31.25 decimals, 0 hectare, boundaries- East-12 feet wide road, West- St. Marry School, North-St. Marry School, South-Alang has been rejected and reason has been assigned that as per the investigation report of the Karmchari and Circle Inspector and due to non-availability of evidence as per On-line information, the mutation is rejected. If applicant wishes, he can file a suit in the court of Land Reforms Dy. Collector and get relief.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the responsible respondents to pass an appropriate order in the light of application dated 27.10.2023 submitted before the Respondent No.1 as well as before the Hon'ble Minister, Revenue and Land Reforms Department, Bihar, Patna on 15.01.2024. (iii) For issuance of a direction to take suitable legal action against the respondent no.04 who deliberately ignored the earlier Mutation
3/4 No.68 bearing Khata No.608, Survey Plot No. 1808, Area 10 katha equivalent to 31.25 decimals residential Parti land Mauza-Ahiyapur Lakhna tola, Beldari Chak, Thana Code No. 096, Pargana Sanda, Survey Thana & Sub Registry-Masaurhi in the name of Sadanand Sngh, son of Late Lal Bahadur Singh, Sri Narendra Kumar, son of Sri Gurusharan Singh, Smt. Girja Devi, wife of Sri Gurusharan Singh, who sold the aforesaid land on 24.8.2018 through registered sale deed dated 24.08.2018 to the petitioner and after purchasing the land the petitioner applied for Mutation of land on 27.4.2023 in her name with registered sale deed dated 24.8.2018, but deliberately the respondent no.4 after making lame excuse rejected the application of the petitioner without giving any information to produce relevant documents.
(iv) For issuance of direction to the respondent no.4 to reconsider the application dated 27.4.2023 of Transfer Case No. 898 R27/2023-24/Punpun and pass the order of mutation of the purchased land of the petitioner in

(v) For other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner is found entitled to."
3. Learned State counsel submits that the order of the Circle Officer, Punpun, Patna has been challenged and the remedy lies with the petitioner to move before the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Masaurhi, Patna (respondent no. 3).

In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the DCLR, Masaurhi, Patna in next four weeks who shall be taking up the matter and after noticing/hearing the parties, shall pass a reasoned order in accordance with law at an earliest.
