2. This is the 2nd attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in connection with S.T. No. 158 of 2025 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Earlier, the bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 11.08.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 49212 of 2025 which reads as follows:- "Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 103(1), 32, 351(2) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2025.
5. The injury sustained by the deceased supports the allegation.
6. Considering the fact that the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
7. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed. "
4. In the trial, all the witnesses except two witnesses have been examined.
5. Considering the allegation and the stage of trial, I am not inclined to review my earlier order.
6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
7. The court below is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
8. In case the witnesses do not appear regularly, the Superintendent of Police, Bhabua will ensure the attendance of the remaining witnesses.
9. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, Bhabua through FAX for its compliance forthwith.
