The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in Cr. Misc. No. 35500 of 2013 on 10.05.2014. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case that it is a case of suicide in the matrimonial home and the only material is that the dead body was disposed of without informing the public authority, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 55 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul.
