2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Bihar State Road Transport Corporation submitted that once the petitioner submits 'Form-10(C)', which is the form required for redressal of the relief(s) as prayed for in the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.7863 of 2023 dt.25-09-2023 2/2 petition, the grievance of the petitioner will be redressed by referring the said form to respondent no. 3- The Administrator, Bihar State Road Transport Corporation, Patna, who will take immediate steps for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner as prayed for in the present writ petition.

3. The entitlement of the petitioner with respect to relief(s) claimed for in the present writ petition may be considered and disposed of within a period of three weeks.
