2. This writ application has been filed for setting aside the order passed by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gopalganj in Letter No. 1312 dated 26.04.2023.
3. At the outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the issue raised in the present writ application is fully covered by judgment of this Hon'ble Court dated 20.03.2024 passed in L.P.A. No. 748 of 2022.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State does not dispute the contentions raised on behalf of the petitioner.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioners to file a fresh representation before the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent No. 2) along with all the necessary
Patna High Court CWJC No.8003 of 2023(3) dt.14-11-2024 3/3 documents and details in support of their claim within a period of six weeks from today.
6. In the event the petitioners file their representation within the stipulated period, the Director, Primary Education, Government of Bihar, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent No.
2) shall examine the case of the petitioners in accordance with law, after hearing the parties, in light of the order dated 20.03.2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in L.P.A. No. 748 of 2022 and dispose of the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order, preferably within a period of six months from the date of filing of the representation.
