====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 05-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506, 342/427 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

There is specific allegation against the petitioners that on 21.03.2019, while the villager Sardar Bind was cutting mustard plant where the petitioners came and assaulted Sardar

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30084 of 2019(3) dt.05-07-2019 2/2 Bind as a result of which he sustained injury in hand. The medical report shows that all the injuries are simple. There is case and counter case between the parties.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 63 of 2019.
