The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is stoppage of salary without assigning any reason since July, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was validly appointed as Sanskrit Teacher in BSS Collegiate (+2) School, Begusarai. He further submits that the petitioner is regularly working, but she is not getting salary. The issue of payment of salary requires verification of facts as to the validity of the appointment and actual work of the

Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the District Education Officer, Begusarai as well as District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai to verify the relevant record to ascertain whether the appointment of the petitioner is legal and valid and whether the petitioner has actually worked for the period she is claiming salary and on being satisfied on the validity of the appointment and actual working of the petitioner the respondents District Education Officer, Begusarai and the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai shall take appropriate decision with regard to payment of salary at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. In the event, the appointment of the petitioner is found legal and valid the District Education Officer, Begusarai as well as District Programme Officer (Establishment), Begusarai shall ensure payment of salary .
