The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jaipur P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 dated 13.06.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 304(B), 201 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.06.2020. He is said to be the maternal father-in-law of the deceased. No specific accusation has been levelled against him and the petitioner has always been residing separately from the deceased and her husband. Considering the relationship of the petitioner with the deceased, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
