The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014 for the offence registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

The SHO arrested the petitioner while he was found sleeping at lonely place with one Ashutosh Kumar and on search, one loaded country-made pistol and four live cartridges were recovered from his possession and from the possession of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34446 of 2014 (3) dt.13-01-2015 2/2 Chandan Kumar, one loaded country-made pistol with six cartridges was recovered. Petitioner is in custody for nine months. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the petitioner is in custody for nine months, petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors should be the father of the petitioner and if, the petitioner commits any crime after being released from the jail, the court below will be at liberty to reject his bail bonds.
