2. The petitioner's grievance as of today, after filing of I.A No. 1 of 2023, is that the District Programme Officer has terminated the petitioner's selection as Anganwadi Sevika, directing the resentment of private respondent No. 7 in her place. The issue is of interse merit between the petitioner and private respondent no. 7.
3. The order of the District Programme Officer is
Patna High Court CWJC No.8120 of 2023(3) dt.16-08-2023 2/2 subject to rivisional appeal before the Divisional Commissioner.
4. This Court, therefore, is of the opinion that it would be proper for the petitioner to avail the remedy before the Divisional Commissioner (respondent no. 3).
