2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Cyber P.S. Case No. 03 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 316(2), 318(4), 319(2), 338, 336 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. The allegation against the petitioner is that he got opened a mule account in the name of the informant who was his employee and he got Rs. 30 lakhs transferred in the account of the informant which was subsequently transferred in the account of the petitioner.

4. After lodging the FIR, the bank pass book etc. and the ATM card of the petitioner were recovered from the house of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.34485 of 2025(4) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is involved in a cyber fraud and a huge amount has been transferred in the account of the petitioner from the bank account of the informant.

5. The petitioner is in custody since 12.01.2025.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this application is dismissed.

7. If the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
