2. In compliance with the order of this Court a showcause affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Branch Manager, State Bank of India (opposite party no. 8) showing compliance of the order of this Court. It has been categorically stated that

Patna High Court MJC No.1562 of 2024(11) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 now all the life time arrears of the petitioner stood calculated and, as per the revised PPO No. 429433(V) dated 02.04.2024 issued by the Accountant General, Bihar amount has duly credited in the pension account of the petitioner. It has further been contended that the family pension of the petitioner also stood revised and the arrears thereof has also been credited. Calculation charts in this regard have also been placed on record.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner at this juncture submitted that the copy of the show-cause affidavit has been submitted a day before yesterday and he needs verification of the same.

4. Considering the averments made in the show-cause affidavit and the submissions set forth before this Court, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.

5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty that in case there would be any mis-calculation, he would be at liberty to approach before the authority concerned.
