2. Earlier, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.08.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 28014 of 2021.

3. I do not see any fresh ground to reconsider my earlier order dated 22.08.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28014 of 2021.

4. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.

5. However, if the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail, the same shall be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order taking into account the fact that the petitioner is a lady and other coaccused persons have been granted bail.
