The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No.10 of 2019 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. It appears that name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation on the confession of one co-accused, Amit Pandey. Co-accused, Amit Pandey simply disclosed that petitioner is one of his friends.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30660 of 2019(2) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Bhairav Asthan P.S. Case No.10 of 2019/G.R. No.148 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
