2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with stick on his head. The accused person also assaulted the wife of informant and his son.
4. It is submitted that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation. Case and counter case. The doctor has found the injuries

5. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 31 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
