2. The present application has been filed seeking quashing of the order taking cognizance dated 19-03-2015, passed by the learned CJM, Bhagalpur, in connection with Kotwali (Aadampur) P. S. Case No. 505 of 2012 dated 19-05-2012, GR. No. 2528 of 2012 whereby cognizance has been taken under Sections 406, 419,420, 467, 468, 469, 171 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code against the accused persons including the petitioners.

3. Earlier, this Court, vide order dated 06-09-2018, had called for a report with regard to the current stage of the case. Pursuant to this Court's order, report dated 18-09-2018 has been received from the Court of learned Sub-Judge XIVcum ACJM XIII and kept at Flag-Y. Report dated 18-09-2018 is to the effect that charges have already been framed on 16-03-2016 in the instant case and, as per report, it was the then running for prosecution evidence.
4. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners would be assailing the order framing charge dated 16-03-2016.
