This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Bagha (Pathkauli) P.S. Case No. 74 of 2019 for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner and others are said to have not supplied the certified copy of the records No. 938 of 2010-11 and on enquiry, it was found that it is missing because of their illegal acts.
