The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 326/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In pursuance to the order dated 06.07.2022, status report of trial in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 has been received and kept at Flag-R, in which it is reported that this case will likely to be concluded within two months.

Considering the present stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Koran Sarai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2016 pending before the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-XI, Buxar.

However, petitioner is at liberty to renew his prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33302 of 2022(3) dt.10-08-2022 2/2 for bail after two months if the trial is not concluded within the stipulated period.

Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
