In this appeal, the appellant is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Vaishali (Belsar O.P.) P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 497/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 (i) (r) (s) of the SC/ST (POA) Act.

It has been alleged that son of the present appellant has kept the wife of informant. From the record/FIR it shows that she had voluntarily gone with the son of the present appellant. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, the impugned order dated 30.03.2019 is set aside and the
