JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 27.12.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397 of the I.P.C.

Accusation is of committing dacoity by 15-20 miscreants. The name of the petitioner sprang up on extra judicial confession of the co-accused.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no recovery has been made from the petitioner nor petitioner has been put on T.I.P. A statement to that effect has been made in para 14 of the petition. Moreover other coaccused have been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 17791 of 2014.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Adhoc Additional
