2. Supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of BISCOMAUN enclosing materials showing that the petitioner
Patna High Court MJC No.689 of 2017 dt.05-09-2019 2/2 has been paid both the installments with regard to arrears of salary of Rs. 1,38,588/- each by cheque on 20.08.2019 and 02.09.2019.
3. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that nothing further remains.
4. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.
5. However, if the petitioner feels that any further amount is due and payable to him, it shall be open to him to file an appropriate representation before the Competent Authority which shall be looked into and disposed off on its own merits, in accordance with law.
