2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, the petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons cheated the informant and grabbed his Rs. 4 lakhs, which he invested in the company, and also due amount of salary of informant's son, who was working in the alleged company.
