JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Petitioner being husband of the victim is languishing in custody since 23.08.2013 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged by the informant that his sister was married with the petitioner in the year 2008. The elder sister of the informant was also married in the village of the petitioner who conveyed that this petitioner and his parents killed the sister of the informant by pouring kerosene oil. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that on conclusion of the investigation the chargesheet has been submitted under Section 306 of the I.P.C. This fact has not been controverted by learned A.P.P. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
