Petitioner seeks bail in Minapur P.S. Case No.370 of 2019 registered under Sections 324, 326, 307, 379 and 34 of the IPC.

The informant alleged that she took loan of Rs.25,000/- from a Committee for some business purpose but Ranjit Sahni demanded that money and on refusal he inflicted dagger blow on the testicle (scrotum) of the husband of the informant causing cut injury and thereafter took money from him. Sodhi Sahni, Neva Devi, Kiran Devi and Vijay Sahni are alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the husband of the informant with dagger. One injury was found on the right side of

The petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months and he has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation against the petitioner that the petitioner assaulted the informant. The informant got three injuries which are simple in nature.

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for about eight months, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.370 of 2019.
