1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant with an allegation that he assaulted the injured by sword causing injury on her head.

4. The learned A.P.P. draws the attention of the Court to para 9 of the anticipatory bail application and to submit that the injury of the injured is said to be grievous which is on the
