23.01.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in Halsi P.S. Case No. 11 of 2014 registered under Sections 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending before Sri Om Shankar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai (or its successor).

Considering that while on bail the Petitioner committed this occurrence and, thus, misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release him jail custody and, hence, the prayer for bail is rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial. Vikash/- (Anjana Prakash, J.) U T
