2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406, 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Bakhtiyarpur P.S. Case No. 145 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with withdrawal of the amount of Rs. 2,91,000/- from the joint account of the informant and his wife Sunaina Devi and the petitioner is not named in the first information report. The error in linking Aadhar Card of the petitioner with the joint account of the informant and his wife occurred by the action of the officers of the Bank and the petitioner had no role to play.

4. It would appear from the appellations that money has been withdrawn by the petitioner by reason of her Aadhar Card

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.66352 of 2018(2) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 having been linked to the joint account of the informant and his wife which has not yet been re-deposited by her.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed. (Vikash Jain, J) BT/- U
