JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners having been summoned to face trial in connection with Complaint Case No. 500C of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354B, 447, 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, apprehend their arrest in the aforesaid case.
Submission on behalf of the petitioners is that after fifteen days of the occurrence, the present case has been filed and moreover, the present Complaint Case has been brought on account of the land dispute and previous enmity. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as

No.67493 of 2018(2) dt.04-12-2018 2/2 well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that abovenamed petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K.
