JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2019 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jagdishpur Excise Case No. 24 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of 25 litres of liquor from the bag carried by the petitioners and they were arrested on spot. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have no criminal antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case and in fact nothing has been recovered in this case and they have been in judicial custody since 27.03.2019 and ready to abide by any condition for grant of bail. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 02nd Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Bhagalpur, in connection with Jagdishpur Excise Case No. 24 of 2019, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
