2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already filed representations (annexure 2 series) before respondent no.7 for redressal of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.8357 of 2023(2) dt.23-11-2023 2/2 grievance raised in the present writ petition.

In view of the nature of prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, this Court directs respondent no.7 to dispose of the representation of the petitioners by a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law after hearing the parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.

4. Writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
