2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 446 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 303(2), 352 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the victim with a sharp cutting weapon i.e., pasuli. The injury found upon the victim is of hard blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2025.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. There is land dispute between the parties. Learned counsel further submits that there is no allegation of repetition

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal/ concerned Court in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 446 of 2024.
