2. The present writ petition has been filed:

for directing the Respondent no.

2, the District Collector, Munger to dismiss the land ceiling Appeal no.2 of 2011-12 (Pawan Kumar Jha Vs.Maheshanand Jha and another ) as in spite of the fact that Maheshanand Jha, main respondent of the appeal died on 3.6.2013 but till date the appellant of the said appeal did not file any substitution petition to bring on record the legal heirs/representative of the deceased

Patna High Court CWJC No.130 of 2017(4) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 and as a result, the appeal got abated in 2013 itself but the Respondent no.2 is sitting tight over the matter and virtually did not hold court in last three years as the same is apparent from the record.

3. For want of prosecution, dismissed.
