2. The appellants apprehend their arrest in SC/ST P.S. Case No. 01 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(r)(s)/ 3(2)va) of the SC/ST Act.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the appellants seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
