The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Belsand P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 registered under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/385/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to local village politics. Further he submits that the dispute between the parties is of civil nature.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
