The petitioners is in custody since 01.04.2022 in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 415 of 2021 registered for offences under Section 30(a)(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.
There is recovery of 50 litres of Mahua liquor from the the bank of Paimar river.
Considering the fact that the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 have two criminal antecedents of similar nature and petitioner no. 3 has three antecedents of the similar nature and they are in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 32561 of 2022(2) dt.20-08-2022 2/2 custody since 01.04.2022, they shall be released on bail after framing of charge, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Gaya in connection with Atri P. S. Case No. 415 of 2021. The petitioners will visit Atri Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the police station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioners.
