Petitioner seeks bail in Bela P.S. Case No.48 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 379, 467, 468, 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is man of clean antecedents. Shakil Ansari had been arrested on the spot. He took the name of petitioner before the police. It is alleged in the written report that police arrested Shakil Ansari on the information that he indulged in theft of motorcycles and sell them in market. The police raided the house of Shakil Ansari. Three stolen motorcycles were recovered from his house. Name of this petitioner has been disclosed before police by aforesaid Shakil Ansari.

Petitioner is in custody since 01.03.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Bela P.S. Case No.48 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
