The petitioner seeks bail in Parbatta P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the F.I.R., on the order of this petitioner, coaccused Pappu Yadav shot the husband of the informant and caused his death.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is only alleged to be order giver and he is not the assailant of the deceased. Petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 12.04.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st, Khagaria / concerned court in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 68 of 2020.
