2. This application has been filed for direction to the respondents to grant appropriate compensation to the petitioner on account of the death of his wife at the Patna Medical College Hospital on 06.07.2015.

3. The petitioner has alternative remedy of moving before the District Commission/ State Commission/ National Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

4. With the aforesaid observation and direction, this application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move

Patna High Court CWJC No.1151 of 2017(3) dt.08-01-2024 2/2 before the appropriate commission within three months from today.

5. If such an application is filed, the same shall be considered on merits and shall not be dismissed on the ground of limitation.
