Mr. Sri Anuj Kumar Srivastava ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

Petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 202 of 2012 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 307, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and in the instant case there was omnibus allegation levelled in the FIR and after investigation police has submitted final form so far as the two petitioners are concerned.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of

No.68416 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-5th, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 202/12 subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

The court below is directed to verify whether the final form was submitted by the police after investigation against two or not and once the court below finds that the final form was submitted, the petitioners should be released. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) Ravi/- U T
