2. In terms of the earlier order, the Managing Director of the Company is also present and has filed 2nd supplementary show cause. From the same, it transpires that the order dated 04.01.2016 passed in CWJC No. 418 of 2015, has been complied with.
3. The officer submitted that the earlier statement of facts was sent without his approval for which he had already issued show cause to the concerned persons and that as soon as the matter was brought to his notice, he has ensured compliance of the order. The same is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. In view thereof, the application is disposed off.
5. Personal appearance of the officer also stands dispensed with.
