Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking to remove the defects, as pointed out by the office, when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 466, 467, 468, 469, 471, 420, 406 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a distant relative of the informant and he only introduced the co-accused Shivendra Kumar Singh with the informant. Except this, petitioner has no

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 318 of 2019, corresponding to G.R. No. 2412 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
