2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 238/2022 dated 21.08.2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323 and 307/34 pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Begusarai.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order.
